Being a qualified chef for over 10 years and working overseas and locally in the hospitality industry, I developed a passion for seafood. They say behind every successful man there is a woman; thus my wife encouraged me to start something of my own and In Sea-son was born. Our home-based business caters for private orders & events, popups and markets. Our philosophy is to provide customers with fresh, authentic, wholesome food which is value for money.
